The Wonderstrand is a beautiful sandy beach that stretches for some 55 kms along the mid Labrador coast. Join our experienced guides as we paddle along the Labrador coast from Cartwright to the Wonderstrand. Enjoy the breathtaking scenery along the way.

Trip Itinerary
We will pick you up at your local B&B or Hotel for an 8:30 meeting at the Kayak Shack. We will be packed and on the water by 11 a.m. for our paddle to the Wonderstrand.
In the three days, we will paddle to the Wonderstrand, visit the old graveyard at Sandy Point where the headstones speak of the devastating Spanish flu in the nearby old community. We will go on a geo-quest as we explore the phenomenal sand dunes that stretch from Sandy Point to the northern tip of the Porcupine Strand and on the final day we will return paddle to Cartwright.
