Our Policies
Group Size
We cater to small groups, no more than eight persons per kayak trip and no more than five persons per boat on the open boat trips.

Our guides each have an area of expertise and we will match the guide to the tour.
 
Reservations
A 30% deposit will confirm your reservation on one of our tours. You may e-mail or phone us for more details. We accept Visa, MasterCard or cheque. The final payment is due 21 days prior to departure date.
 
Tax/Costs
All trips will have an additional 13% HST tax applied to the total costs.
 
Cancellation Policy
A 10% administration fee will be levied on all cancellations. With the exception of the administration fee, we will refund any money paid up to 21 days prior to departure date. From 21 days to departure date you will be refunded 50% of your deposit.
 
Kayaking Experience
Some of our kayak trips are for the more experienced paddler, and will require up to 13 km of paddling per day. Some inexperienced paddlers may be accommodated if you are in good physical condition. We will use both single and double kayaks depending on your experience.

Our kayak "Day Paddles" are ideally suited to individuals with little or no kayaking experience.
 
Included in All Guided Tours
  • Transportation to and from the airport;
  • Guides, host and hostesses for the entire trip;
  • Excellent meals and snacks;
  • Tent Accommodations;
  • Information on the area, the people, the culture;
  • All necessary equipment, including:
    • Boat/kayaks;
    • Safety gear (including flares);
    • Food and cooking and eating utensils;
    • Waterproof storage bags;
    • 2-person tent;
    • Charts;
    • Guides equipped with satellite phone or VHF two-way radios, GPS and first aid.
  • For our craft tours, craft supplies are provided.
