Trip Itinerary Paddle in the Labrador Sea. Trips leave every Monday during the months of July and August. In July there will be opportunities to experience Sea Trout fishing along the way. We will pick you up at your B&B or Hotel for an 8:30 meeting at the Kayak Shack. We will be packed and on the water by 11am for our journey to the Wonderstrand, Packs Harbour, Pigeon Cove, Prisoner's Island, Dumplin Harbour, Indian Harbour and Snack Cove In the four days we will paddle in seas where Aboriginal people paddled for thousands of years as they traded along the North American Coast. We will visit the Wonderstrand, written about in the Viking Sagas, Packs Harbour where there was once a great summer fishery, and camp along the shore lines where archaeological exploration is uncovering artifacts that were left there by our ancestors up to 4000 years ago.
